Role of this Job:
This NGO is looking for a Protection Officer for 3 year child protection project called AGRAJATRA. This project will be running in Cox’s Bazar. This project focused mainly Rohinga childs. The title of this project is “Bridging the Gaps: Strengthening Mental Health Support for Children and Young People”. This project has been planned into three components:
- Strengthening the collective resilience of Rohinga Community
- Individual resilience of adolescents and children
- Expanding access to mental health services through the provision and case management for children.
The major responsibility of Protection Officer will be to provide technical support to their local partner.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree on a social science subject or equivalent, master’s Degree will be an advantage.
- Minimum one year working experience as protection officer.
- Previous experience in NGO
- Computer Skill (MS office both English and Bangla)
- Others experience has been given in the circular image.
Language
- Fluency in Bangla & English (excellent writing skill)
- Chittagong and Rohingya language skills is a significant advantage.
Terms and Conditions:
They have contract with you for six months for the first time. But this contract can be extended based on proved experience and result.
