BUET was founded in 1912. It is the best and oldest engineering university in Bangladesh. BUET is the most prestigious university for Bangladesh. That is situated in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Almost 9740 students are pursuing BSc and MSc in engineering, architecture, planning and science in this institution. BUET Admission test 2023 is very much competitive exam in Bangladesh.
BUET has already produced 2500 graduates in different branches of architecture & engineering . These graduates have already established reputation of BUET all over the world. It has 18 different departments under 5 faculties. It has 6 institutes also. About 661 teachers are teaching in these departments and institutes. It has seven residence halls for the students. One hall is for female students and another six halls for male students.
